Finger Trip 5.7

Finger trip is a fun route in Tahquitz. I first climb it, or tried to climb it on 1998. We had to rappel after the second pitch, since we could not cross the half moon. On the next year, we came there with Yaniv to complete the route. The first pitch follows an open book to a diagonal crack and a bomber belay on a tree. Second pitch follows slabs to an ok belay. The third pitch crosses the half moon to a belay on a tree. From there you go up some easy terrain to an horizontal crack that is traversed. I made the mistake of going too far and had to set the belay on this crack. Two of my metolious cams are forever bended. I would have set the belay before the horizontal crack.  From the horizontal crack,  a slab takes you to the top.

On the diagonal crack of the first pitch.
