Igloo in Minaret ridge
Theofilos, Roger and I decided to spend Christmas eve in a Igloo. We went
to the Minarete Ridge near Mammoth, on the Sierras and build it.
Initialy we wanted to build it with hexagons and pentagons, as a C60 molecule,
but the quality of the snow was horrible, so we proceded the standard way.
Finally we finish the Igloo and look warm and cosy inside
We made a small door and entering was a bit of a challenge. We celebrated
with some whisky, by scratching the walls we got "whisky on the rocks".
The next day we could stand on top of the Igloo, it was frozen solid.
It was a very simple and stupid idea to spend Christmas, but sure was a
lot of fun. Take a look to some "videitos".
